Delete your account and data

Delete your NOTFIT account and its data here. Enter the email address of your account and we'll email you a code to confirm it's you.

Deleting your account permanently removes your account and the data linked to it, including your health data, and ends your access to NotHungry, NotWell and NotSleeping.

Cancel your membership first. Deleting your account does not stop your membership payments. You can cancel any time at notfit.io/manage. We email you a secure link, then you choose Cancel membership. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If you pay through the App Store or Google Play, cancel in your phone's subscription settings.

Your conversations with Coach AI and Taz are stored separately. To have them deleted too, email support@notfit.io.

You can also do it in the app: open your Profile, tap the settings gear, then Delete Account.
