Stuff people ask before they try to get in

The honest answers about applying, getting in, and what happens once you're a notfitter.

Wait, why do I have to apply?

Because we would rather have the right people than everyone. We keep the community human, the energy real and the app free of randoms. Make your case, we review by hand, and you will hear back within 24-36 hours.

Do I need to be fit already?

No. Half the point is that you don't. Start where you are. Five minutes counts.

Do I need a gym or kit?

Nope. A body and a bit of floor space gets you going. A kettlebell or rope is a bonus, not a requirement.

What if I miss a day?

You're human. We keep your progress intact and help you pick it back up. One off day never undoes weeks of work.

Are you coaches?

No, and we will never pretend to be. We're two people who train hard, eat well and enjoy our lives, sharing the system that works for us.
